Environment day
CAJC celebrated joined the rest of the world to celebrate Environment Day on 5th June 2025
The theme of 2025 was beat plastic pollution.
The Chief Guest at the occasion was Dr Savinaya M S, Assistant Professor, Manipal Academy, Yelahanka.
The chief Guest accompanied by the members of the management and the Nature Prefects, ceremonially planted a sapling to inaugurate the event
A slew of competitions was organised by the Cultural committee in different categories. The second-year students of CAJC whole heatedly participated in Street Play, Trash to Art, Poster making competitions.
Through the Extempore Competition, the first-year students opined the fundamental need of bringing a collaborative approach to ban plastics.
The valuable insight shared by the Chief Guest motivated the audience to be responsible and adopt various ways to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
The celebration came to end with everyone taking a pledge and doing their bit for a Plastic free Greener Mother Earth.
